Follow best practices for Atomic variables * Make Atomic variables final so it can never be re-assigned to a null object and hence avoid NPE. * Set the value of the variables instead of re-assigning the object. Test: Manual Bug: 152479372 Change-Id: I58279d589d6247c53155755223fd8863f1049257
