Support non-BMP chars in TextUtils.isGraphic(CharSequence). Also deprecate TextUtils.isGraphic(char), since one-code-unit APIS should not be used for anything in the modern Unicode era. Bug: 7381642 Change-Id: If4dc573fe5ac870152374ded64fc83594e8dd37e
