AudioSystem: allow platforms no audio ports Allow platforms with no audio outputs or inputs. This means that listAudioPorts() and listAudioPatches() methods can return no ports or patches. Bug: 25075342 Change-Id: I891c3ee2cdb2b96c0ac37d4e9cc00e77ae58a5b4
