Status bar opacity and mobile signal changes Increase the size of the mobile signal to compensate for the roundedness. Increase opacity of the faded parts of the wi-fi, mobile, and battery icons a bit. Test: visual Bug: 37013523 Change-Id: Id94a5684b2c55956b01aa6cfb240784e6bab2f6e
