Fix documentation bug in SQLiteDatabase

The documentation incorrectly states that, "[insertWithOnConflict
returns] the primary key of the existing row if the input param
'conflictAlgorithm' = CONFLICT_IGNORE". Unfortunately, SQLite does
not provide such functionality.
