Disable copying from Recents. Recents view contains a whole bunch of content aggregated from potentially many different sources. Dealing with all these in a single copy operation can be complex, so for simplicity, copying from recents view is disabled. BUG=20487641 Change-Id: I6052e62ee0446da7741f13abfed97044e147dd7d
