Convert EventLogTags.AM* events log points to EventLogTags.WM

Since all activity management is now under the WM package we should also
convert the event log points for activities from EventLogTags.AM* to
EventLogTags.WM*.

Bug: 143461660
Test: Build and run, check event logs.
