SystemUI: No PIN input dialog pop up No PIN input dialog pop up when hotswap SIM card with 1 SIMLock enabled while 2 SIM card inserted. Caused by dirty data when hotswap the SIM card.Clear the dirty data when plug the SIM card. Change-Id: I21a0ae14f710a16da7a3b9d72a0f5cfc7a74a5f6 CRs-Fixed: 2691491
