Remove unused InputMethodInfo#isEncryptionAware(). This logically reverts a previous CL [1], which added InputMethodInfo#isEncryptionAware() for File-Based Encryption (FBE) support, since it turns out that the method in question is unnecessary to make InputMethodManagerService encryption-aware.
