Set start transform before animator starts. Bug 16958319 ChangeImageTransform was waiting until the animator started before setting the image matrix. Animators with a start delay would leave the ImageView with the final transform before the animator started. Change-Id: I5ebc03b58a8697da3edf4a01c8906d60e7938f44
