MediaPlayer2: use protobuf instead of parcel in invoke() Also fix MEDIA_INFO handling code to send the event to the client after handling internal update. (This fixes several cts test cases.) Test: pass MediaPlayer2Test Bug: 63934228 Change-Id: I5d4884353057a195b1f587694bfbf66cdf1fd23c
