Do not constrain width/height of child windows at layout. We wish to allow them to extend beyond the parent boundaries if they really want a surface that big, and be cropped, at a later stage. Bug: 25986646 Change-Id: I650e6d07dcc2aa9eb659860c832685f1a587a1b0
