Make LockSettingsService log to system logcat Use Slog.xx() instead of Log.xx(), which logs into the system logcat so has a lower chance of being spammed. Bug: 62410009 Test: make Change-Id: I8d9cbdae7caa59908f6fbffcc2e0695de921370c
