Use PooledLambda.obtainMessage() when possible

As its JavaDoc says, in most of cases PooledLambda.obtainMessage() is
a better choice than PooledLambda.obtainRunnable().

If PooledLambda.obtainRunnable() is really necessary, let's make sure
to call recycleOnUse() whenever possible.
