Offload killProcessGroup to a worker thread It can take ~hundreds of ms to complete, so we want to avoid blocking callers or monopolizing locks while waiting for it. Bug 27821754 Change-Id: I522cadae7cfda9cce7c3d1a230cfd91cf4f9e730
