Remove usage of adv audio mask property
Use case:
Stability test or Monkey test
Observed Result:
Showing SE policy warnings during the test.
Root cause:
System UI app trying to use BT advance audio
properties using Local Bluetooth profile manager instance.
Fix:
Remove usage of BT advance audio properties in settings
framework API's, as same checks already handled in Related
profiles, to fix AVC denials in System UI Context.
