Improvements on 'list packages' command: - Removed redundant -lf (which behaves like -f). - Added missing options to help. - Added a --uid UID option to filter packages by UID. - Added a -U option to display the package UID. Change-Id: Ia55520377771c1aecd98cb8ccce04d9530ad951a Fixes: 29872396
