Update UsbService to V1_1 usb hal This CL adapts Usb service to V1_1 hal. V1_1 hal supports reporting audio_adapter accessory and debug accessory. Bug: 36604276 Test: Manually test inserting an Audio accessory. Also tested to made sure that change is compatible with V1_0 implementations Change-Id: I8e44f5e9ae14b0e41965e8d355c99ac42af93f23
