Update user id from shortcut constructor No functional changes, because the value passed in happens to be 0, but I noticed that I wasn't properly initializing stuff. Test: Builds, boots, and I verified that the shortcut still works. Change-Id: I712c5dc85c674628a66a5cfa9d4c3f7abbfa0129
