Fix compose shader child local matrix mutation Bug: 37495696 Test: cts-tradefed run singleCommand cts-dev --module CtsGraphicsTestCases --test android.graphics.cts.ComposeShaderTest Adds back the verify step that discards a stale native ComposeShader if a child changes.
