Remove legacy font configuration files. They were no longer in use by frameworks. They were never part of a public API and were kept in the system just in case a legacy app read them. They had also been deprecated for three releases, which should have given everybody enough time to switch. Bug: 21785593 Change-Id: Ib80bcea92e45b608388455ef576bbfde647f77db
