[ATF integration] #2 Add validation to render path
ATF requires access to resources, window information that is no longer
available once the session is disposed. (Cleaned up within Layoutlib).
The best first step seems to be a direct integration to the render path
so that whenever render request is triggered the validation results are
added.

Test: Manually tested. Most layouts takes less than 1ms. Will add
metrics later
