Use separate feature_support library Seeing some weird behavior using ANGLEUseForApplication function as part of libGLESv2_angle.so. Separating that into it's own library helped things behave better. Test: manually test with and without ANGLE Change-Id: Icc727c582acaa0f1a87ab348cb538c3b713c58c7
