bufferhubd: Add DetachedBufferChannel

1/ Introduces four new BufferHub RPC operations.
2/ Implements the ProducerBufferDetach with test case.
3/ Also fixes a bug that Hangup signal wasn't propogated to the client
   when bufferhubd closes a producer channel.
