Add glFlush in surfaceflinger screenshot code. After creating a syncKHR object with type EGL_SYNC_NATIVE_FENCE_ANDROID, glFlush must be called before the EGL_SYNC_NATIVE_FENCE_FD_ANDROID attribute is populated with a sync fd.
