Support IMPLEMENT_META_INTERFACE for nested type When a type is nested in another type, the macro doesn't work. Newly added variant allows nested types to be IInterface class. Bug: 182508839 Test: aidl_integration_test Change-Id: I4288cd8c27eb8d87b016098615a386caabdacdc6
