Remove buffer_hub_binder and related codes As we decided the new bufferhub service should be hwbinder instead of binder, these binder codes no longer make sense. Test: build passed Bug: 118891412 Change-Id: I5eae2516d279ea85c156d49a2ab31e8e319baae2
