SF: Unify data types for display modes Remove the RefreshRateConfigs::RefreshRate wrapper around DisplayMode. Store DisplayModes as a SmallMap, so that RefreshRateConfigs uses the same data structure for lookup by ID. Use iterators into that map for all bookkeeping in RefreshRateConfigs.
