Revert "sf: Use early offsets on first frame" This reverts commit 875c2e991a34d40e939ad1e1586d98a35e5317b1. The initial change was intended to allow SF to use early offsets on the first frames after coming out of idle to avoid janks. Since both early and late offsets have similar configurations, the change is no longer needed. It also conflicts with the SF Idle timeout feature.
