libbinder Lazy: Harder errors more accurate. This checks invariants of onClients API per-service, similar to how HIDL does it, since the rougher, simpler error was getting hit. Bug: 140310064 Test: atest aidl_lazy_test (hits this, like ToT) Change-Id: I0cc19ee0188e1b5f93ab287cf5284c3cbc537232
