Add aidl_lazy_test to presubmit This will ensure that changes to binder and ServiceManager don't break dynamic services. Bug: 147380480 Test: atest (Running from this directory successfully includes aidl_lazy_test) Change-Id: I65db12c639b7ddb31be90f03522c2b1bfff5a9bf
