Cache IImsRegistration and IImsConfig interfaces We currently query the IImsRegistration and IImsConfig interfaces instead of caching them in the MmTelFeatureConnection. This can lead to unnecessary pressure on cleanup of binder objects when accessing these interfaces through IPC.
