Raise throughput bonus limit to 320
Currently the throughput bonus score is limited to 200. With that limit,
compared to 11ac 80 network, 11ax 80 network will have very limited
bonus score at middle RSSI and no bonus at high RSSI.
Raise the throughput bonus limit from current 200 to 320 to allow higher
score for 11ax 80 networks at high RSSI. This will also increse the
bonus score difference between 11ac 80 and 11ac 40 networks.
With the new limit 320, current security score and network bonus score,
total score is still within 500 before including other bonus scores.
This will still keep the following strict order of 4 major network types:
saved unmetered > suggested unmetered > saved metered > suggested metered.
