Remove address type from SMSC for Vodafone Ireland (IE) Requested to remove address type part from the SMS service center address, as it "may confuse users". It shouldn't be necessary anyway, except for roaming scenarios maybe. Issue: FP3-A11#270 Change-Id: Ib6c3cc67662d2e1fc89610ef26b4b1d7e2b979e9
