Updating the support library to user SDK version integer. 1. Now that we have defined the SDK verion to 17 the MR1 specific implementation of ViewCompat should be chosen based on the SDK version number instead of the code name. bug:7170582 Change-Id: I7f9c64b3765a96e3bf5d45465d93b60bc66f6992
