Remove generated files from gridlayout support lib. The gridlayout support lib previously had its generated R file checked into the source tree. Fixed the Makefile to avoid doing this and also to take advantage of improved support for static libraries with associated resources. Bug: 8175766 Change-Id: Ib15bde4569afe4a2f45437301b104bbec889f4d4
