Fixed RecyclerView edge effect problems This fixes an issue where RecyclerView glows were not drawn in correct location. It also changes how LayoutManagers handle padding. Now LinearLayoutManager and GridManager both ignore padding for recycling. Bug: 15262561 Change-Id: Id760ace44b809f37ee4a905dcb0d56c1583ae072
