Tidy up DrawableCompat + VDC/AVDC calls Currently DrawableCompat will wrap any drawable on API < 22. As VDC supports tinting natively, we should use that instead of wrapping. This CL fixes this by extracting the calls to an marker interface and making VDC + AVDC implement it. Also tidied up the doc on DrawableCompat.wrap().
