hal: close mixer at platform deinit Close mixer opened by platform during deinit to avoid fd leak. This mixer fd can be accumulated in a prcocess if hal is loaded-unloaded several times. CRs-Fixed: 1095695 Change-Id: Ib5a6f0628f178f897cd67d80f32de7e3515aa9f0
