hal: test: Fix default audio recording issue with timestamp mode changes. By default trying to do fopen without timestamp mode. In this case it will fail. Fixing this fopen issue in this gerrit by adding timestamp mode check. Change-Id: I1e0e603080767452264c23b4588f563f581be8a0
