hal: remove LOCAL_ADDITIONAL_DEPENDENCIES from makefile LOCAL_ADDITIONAL_DEPENDENCIES must only contain paths and should not be dependent on module names. And it should have been taken care of with the dependency added on the new UAPI headers. Change-Id: I3aea0282b26d072de85e25d1435862f94d19ca16
