hal: msm8916: Add single session voice call usecases and devices Add USECASE_VOICEMMODE1_CALL and USECASE_VOICEMMODE2_CALL usecases which would be invoked for voice calls on subscription 1 and subscription 2 respectively in the new voice architecture.
