QCamera3: Add vendor keys for postview By default, postview will not be produced by HDR+. If the application enables postview, the application will get postview in partial result. Increase the partial result count to 3. Test: CTS Bug: 32455964 Change-Id: I0f71175f01b1114266184f09870097e286da4d29
