QCamera2: HAL3: Fix missing flash mode mapping for selfie-flash Currently in selfie-flash case, the HAL-internal LED_MODE isn't initialized because the AE_MODE to LED_MODE mapping is missing. Test: Camera CTS Bug: 64810669 Change-Id: Ica9047383a1bcd5977527fbddc170e5639821762
