QCamera2: HAL3: Always use real time for timestamp Sensor will always report timestamp in real time and HAL will convert this to monotonic time if necessary, depending on which clock source was reported to framework. This timestamp is always the value reported to framework, and AV timer value will be passed to VT separately.
