hwc2: Dump frames by display-type bitmask
Each set bit position in <DISPLAY_TYPE> of frame dump command
corresponds to a qdutils::DISPLAY_XYZ display. Dump frames of
displays based on <DISPLAY_TYPE> bitmask.
Frame dump command for quick reference:
adb shell "vndservice call display.qservice 21 i32 <FRAME_COUNT> i32
<DISPLAY_TYPE> i32 <LAYER_TYPE>"
