sdm: Pass actual CRTC id to GetPPInfo() API CRTC id 0 was used to obtain global PP info. Use actual crtc_id to obtain PP info. Change-Id: I17f08bd1e17f8f93c36aea4a9b676ee31fafb6d2 CRs-fixed: 2192940
