sdm: Increase SurfaceFlinger fd limits Since each gralloc buffer has 2 fds, the headroom with fds is very small. Increase this limit to avoid running out of fds CRs-Fixed: 1114287 Change-Id: Ifd11521fe648204d8ce153a8010ad0f73cbfb9e8
