hwc: Add support for WFD(GPU) resolution switch. -- Output buffer need to be reinterpreted as per dimensions set through Update_Buffer_Geometry. -- Do not cache egl images during DRC as it leads to wrong stride calculation. CRs-Fixed: 2595803 Change-Id: Id02153ba8dd7d7ab8861486dc10f9c2e8b515287
