sdm: Don't send layer hint when game feature is not supported When game enhancement feature is not supported, no need to set layer type in SDM. Change removes the layer hint in SDM in case of game enhancement feature is disabled. Change-Id: I108f29d9f1dc323b6d1d4030d7409f04f833dbce
